These terms apply to every purchase on this website from Veloria LLC, Besarion Zhgenti St 7a, Tbilisi 0186. By placing an order you accept them.

Your rights as a consumer under the Law of Georgia on Consumer Rights Protection always apply, and nothing in these terms takes them away.

You can order with or without an account. If you create one, keep your details correct and your password to yourself. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

You can ask us to close your account at any time.

Prices are in Georgian lari (₾). You pay the price shown when you place the order, plus the delivery fee confirmed with your order.

Colors on a screen can look slightly different from the real item. Sizes and materials are listed on each product page.

If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we tell you and refund anything you paid for it.

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. The contract between us is made when we confirm your order and give you an order number.

We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was clearly shown by mistake. If so, we refund any amount you paid in full.

You can pay by card on the bank’s secure payment page or in cash on delivery. Card payments are taken when you place the order.

We may not offer cash on delivery for every order.

We deliver in Tbilisi by courier and offer free pickup from Besarion Zhgenti St 7a, Tbilisi 0186. Our Delivery policy explains areas, hours and costs.

You can return items within 14 days of receiving them. Our Return & refund policy explains how.

If an item is faulty or not as described, you have the rights Georgian law gives you, such as repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Contact us as soon as you notice the problem.

We are responsible for losses we cause by breaking these terms, as Georgian law provides. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing here limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

The texts, photos, designs and the Veloria name and logo on this website belong to Veloria LLC. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you placed your order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. We will always try to solve a disagreement with you directly first. If we cannot, it will be decided by the courts of Georgia.
