Delivery

We deliver by courier within Tbilisi. At checkout you choose your district and give us the street, building and apartment.

We do not deliver to other cities or abroad yet. If you live outside Tbilisi, contact us and we will tell you what is possible.

Our couriers deliver every day between 11:00 and 19:00.

After you place an order we confirm it with you and let you know when to expect it. Please keep your phone with you so the courier can reach you.

The courier fee is confirmed together with your order, before anything is delivered. You never pay a delivery cost you have not seen.

Pickup from our address is free.

Choose “Pickup” at checkout and collect your order at Besarion Zhgenti St 7a, Tbilisi 0186.

We let you know when your order is ready. Please bring your order number.

If you chose cash on delivery, please pay the courier the order total in Georgian lari when you receive the order.

If you paid by card, the courier will not ask you for any payment.

Please check the package when you receive it. If something is damaged or missing, tell the courier and contact us within 14 days with a photo. Our Return & refund policy explains what happens next.

The items are your responsibility once they are handed to you or to the person you asked to receive them. Until then we are responsible for any loss or damage on the way.

If the courier cannot reach you at the address, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery time or pickup.
