Returns & refunds

You can return any item bought on our website within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This follows the Law of Georgia on Consumer Rights Protection for purchases made at a distance.

The item must be unused, clean and in its original packaging with all tags and inserts.

We may reduce the refund if an item shows signs of use beyond what is needed to check it, as you would in a shop.

1. Contact us within 14 days using the details on this page. Tell us your order number and which item you are returning.

2. Bring the item to Besarion Zhgenti St 7a, Tbilisi 0186, or we will arrange a courier pickup in Tbilisi.

3. We check the item and confirm your refund or exchange.

Prefer a different color? We will exchange the item if the color you want is in stock. Otherwise we will refund you.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Card payments are refunded to the same card. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account in your name.

The original delivery fee is refunded when you return the whole order. The cost of sending the item back is covered by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with a photo. We will replace it or give you a full refund, including all delivery costs.
