What personal data we collect when you use our website, why we need it, and the rights you have over it.

  1. 01Who we are

    Veloria LLC, Besarion Zhgenti St 7a, Tbilisi 0186, decides how the personal data collected through this website is used (the data controller). You can reach us with the contact details on this page.

    We process personal data in line with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

  2. 02What we collect

    Your account: name, email address, password and, if you give it, your mobile phone number. We store the password only in a scrambled (hashed) form that cannot be read back.

    Your orders: name, phone, email, delivery district and address, delivery notes, the items you order and the payment method you choose.

    Security data: a one-way scrambled form of your IP address, used to stop abuse such as repeated sign-in attempts. We do not keep the IP address itself.

    Card details: you enter your card on the bank’s secure payment page. We never see or store your card number.

  3. 03Why we use it

    To take, deliver and support your order and any return. This is needed to carry out our contract with you.

    To run your account, if you create one.

    To keep accounting and tax records, as Georgian law requires.

    To keep the website and your account secure.

    To send you news about new colors and offers, only if you ticked the box to agree. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

  4. 04Cookies and storage in your browser

    We use only what the site needs to work: a cookie that keeps you signed in, a cookie that remembers your language, and your browser’s local storage, which keeps the contents of your bag on your device.

    We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

  5. 05Who we share it with

    Only as much as each needs: the courier who delivers your order (name, phone and address), the bank that processes card payments, our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database on our behalf, and the services we use to send you order messages.

    Public authorities, only when the law requires it.

    We never sell your personal data.

  6. 06How long we keep it

    Account details are kept while you have an account. Order records are kept for as long as Georgian tax and accounting law requires. After that we delete the data or make it anonymous.

  7. 07Your rights

    You can ask us what data we hold about you and get a copy, have it corrected or completed, have it deleted or its use restricted, and withdraw your consent to marketing at any time.

    If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

  8. 08How we protect it

    The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Only staff who need your data for their work can see it, and actions in our back office are logged.

    If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
