Refund policy
Customers have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving their jewelry, strictly in cases where a manufacturing or technical defect is discovered.
Upon confirmation of a defect, Veloria undertakes to either repair the item free of charge or replace it with an identical product, according to the customer's preference. If the customer declines both repair and replacement, Veloria will provide a full refund within 3 calendar weeks from the date the defect is confirmed.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original condition and with all original packaging (as it was at the time of delivery).
